Refunds are only accepted in specific situations. In the case there is an issue with delivery (for example, incorrect username or stock issue) then you will be communicated with via email or discord ticket regarding your order. If items are delivered to the incorrect user, you will not be eligible for a refund and will need to reorder if you want to receive your items. We are also not liable for any rollbacks, item losses or bans that you may receive.
